I am a multi-media artist who enjoys sharing the delightful medium of mosaics with the community.

 I ventured away from my home in Maryland at the age of 18 to Olympia and The Evergreen State College. I arrived in Seattle in 1980 to study Fine Art & Design at the Cornish Institute for the Arts.

I currently offer Mosaic Classes in my Edmonds studio. The studio is a unique place where one can relax into a playful, self-expressive zone. All materials are provided for the class. Dig into a treasure trove of china tile, ceramic & glass tiles shapes, stained glass... Follow your eye and choose colors and shapes that appeal to you. Let your design unfold as you arrange pieces on the mosaic base, using the direct method. Create a personalized work of art for your house or garden. Take your finished mosaic home with you after class. Adult classes last 4 hours; Kid's parties, 1.5 hours.
